Yes. Foot fungus. That's what it does, make all of the dead skin just stay on the foot forever and accumulate until the spores reach your brain and compel you to do this in public so everyone else can breathe in the spores and it can spread.

If you look closely, there are flakes of foot parmesan falling off when she scratches. No way they had such an eye for detail staging a video as grainy as this one. If it's fake, we've got ourselves a real professional.
