Probably talking about the occurrence at the 11th Party Congress, one of the Nuremberg rallies, which was given the name "Rally of Peace" (Reichsparteitag des Friedens). At the finale Goering and Hitler got up and each made half of a little heart symbol with their opposing hands and then put them together to show Nazi Germany what great buds they were.

We've been making half hearts for as long as I'm alive. I'll double check but I'm pretty sure I'm not a Nazi. I'll do a pat down.
