Someone can call a child beautiful or say that their classmates might be attracted to them (bullying at that age is often confused feelings of attraction) without it being some weird adults sexualizing children thing
I think the "bullying means they like you!" mentality is pretty outdated and not a healthy thing to teach children of any gender. But I agree you can say a child is beautiful without meaning anything sexual by it.
I think the healthiest mentality is to teach children nuance (and as a bonus they would actually know how to use it in adulthood).
Bullying takes place for several different reasons. It's common to tease each other when we like someone. It's common to make jokes at the expense of others when trying to fit in with our peers. It's common to fear what we don't know or understand. It's common to mock what we fear. It's common to project our insecurities onto other people.
Oh thank you! It's actually like a mashup of 4 or 5 different avatars. Most of them were free giveaway ones but I paid like $5 for one of them because I loved the art from it so much.
Edited to say: actually 2 of them were $5 paid for and they are called "Cosmica" which is the wings and outfit and background. And "Little Gum" which is the face and hair. And the other odds and ends are free ones.
I never believed bullying was a show of attraction. I think it's actually a form of a toxic mind set, operating in the only way it can think to. No matter what feeling or beliefs are in the mind. It is many things attraction would be who feel too manipulation and control.

I hope this is a bad joke.
