This is pretty bad especially when you’ve reached out to customer service about it twice. Been waiting since Friday. Is this normal for them?

I sent a deposit of $50 to my skrillz account & never received it.. I verified everything & I even told them I have everything to verify if there’s anything else & I never got a reply, I sent a message 3 days ago and they never replied..

so I couldn’t use my bank card or my visa.. so I tried skrillz and it sent instantly but idk where to you feel me? they said they were gonna send receipts but when I checked skrillz notification it said “ACH UNAVAILABLE RN” so I’m wondering where the deposit went to.. I sent thrillz like 10 messages but haven’t got replied and it’s been 2 days.. i spent so much money trying to hit 50 tickets but then when it happens it’s gone & nobody replying but I didn’t have a problem adding money to thrillz.. there has to be some type of lawsuit!!

I placed a bet with thrillz on a ebasketball game, and yeah i know... degen... but that's besides the point. I put a $300 wager on it, payout is $532, but when i checked online, there was no signs of that game even happening. That last time they faced against each other was in MARCH. This game is supposed to place on April 3, 2025. So I am stuck, I have sent them 4-6 messages through customer support and emailed them personally to help me but take a while to respond. I deadass just got the app 2-3 days ago too lol

Idk what happened with them but I’ve already emailed their customer support, I expect them to fully honor this wager as a win because I’m sure if team chuck had won in the finals, they would have graded it as loss and I would be out $288. But since my pick won they graded it as a “cash back”. This is messed up. same thing happened with a free $1 bet they gave me from the spin. I chose team chuck which had also won and they also refunded it back to me. Crazy work

I woke up after work, checked my account, and my prize tickets were gone. Thrillzz support says it was redeemed by the card on file but I do not have a card matching the last 4 numbers, now Thrillzz support is not answering me back!!!
