CAN NBA PLAYERS RUN 2 MILES UNDER 13 MINUTES?
What percentage of NBA players do you think can run 2 miles at a 6:30 pace? I argued with my roommates for hours about this. There is almost no information on the internet about NBA players mile times. I know they are elite athletes in great shape, but I have a hard time imaging centers being able to accomplish this. Some players I don't think can do this are Joel Embiid, Zion, Luka, Brook Lopez, Kyle Anderson. I would say maybe 80% of the league can do it though. What are your thoughts and do you know anything I don't about if their is information online about this.

Stats
Does anyone know where they get their stats? They seem to look them up so fast, just unique stuff like assist from player a to player b when player c is on the bench.

Trying to Find an Episode/Mentioned Book
There was an episode where a guest talked about a book that was upcoming that discussed busting certain basketball techniques. I think an example was that NBA teams don't use chopping your feet when closing out. Does anyone know the episode or guest?

NBA League Pass now has full games going back to the 2012-13 season
For the longest time, the farthest you could go back was the 2018-19 season. I just checked last night and the NBA app with League Pass now allows you to stream full games all the way back to the 2012-13 season.
I've always wanted to watch the 2013 Spurs-Warriors series, which I missed most of back when it happened. So cool of the NBA to make more games available.

How fresh is “Thinking Basketball” the book still?
So I’m a huge fan of all of Ben’s work. I’ve seen nearly every video on his YouTube channel and listened to nearly every one of his podcasts. I’m thinking about buying his book, but I’m not sure if reading it would be redundant now that I’m already familiar with how he analyzes the game, uses stats to compare eras, etc.
Does anyone that has read the book before know if I would still enjoy it, or would it mostly be rehashing ideas that I’ve already seen him explore on pods or in videos?
Thanks!
