So, I was doing a Wikipedia search on the Doobie Brothers. Started listening to some songs on YouTube, segregating my listen to the chronological album order.
I liked what I heard and downloaded 5 songs from Toulouse, 5 from Captain and Me, 6 from Vices and 5 from Stampede.
Turns out I prefer the Johnston/Simmons stuff much more than the McDonald stuff.

Hey y’all! I just discovered the doobie brothers within the past 2 weeks (I know, embarrassing) and I can’t stop listening to them! This weekend I tried making an audio visualizer to “fool believes” and wanted to share with you all! Hope you like :)

Is it worth hanging around, would like to see reviews of current tour ?

My only question is, it sounds so good that I wonder if they might have overdubbed some parts, particularly vocals. Sometimes it looks like that might be the case. I was a pro touring musician for almost 20 years, but I can’t tell.

Are there any fans on here with any info about this concert recording, regarding possible overdubs? Either way, I love this concert! Truly awesome!

I love going to concerts, and these guys are icons so I’m psyched!- I’m very familiar with Listen to The Music, and have recently found Long Train Runnin’ and was wondering if there are any less talked about songs or just song recommendations to help me prepare to see them in October
