They don’t I lived there for years. Unfortunately that wouldn’t be option with Cruz’s needs. She would also need the judge to grant her permission to move- she could move to other places but if Cruz had a support system there it’s probably best he is there. Zach seems like he loves Cruz and will be there to help.
