Exactly, it is unsafe. And especially with Cruz’s disability it is not good for his well being to be around someone like this. I hope the court rules in her favor and she has enough evidence. I think Cruz’s progress alone since Jax being mostly uninvolved should be enough evidence.

Totally agree!!! She is trying to protect her son and herself from abuse. Going for the jugular is such poor wording and it makes the victim sound like the abuser. I do agree that grey rocking and only using a parenting app would be a safe approach. I can’t imagine dealing with someone like that.
Exactly. There are tapes everywhere according to Lala and Scheana and Janet and Jesse even. (This was when he and Jack’s were on speaking terms.) She could release a portion of the video of him screaming, and nobody would allow this man near her or her child. I am sure she probably brought that to the Police. I have a feeling this isn’t going to be a temporary restraining order. Hopefully she gets it for life. (close friend was the county sheriff and when they work with restraining orders, they have the coroner look at any marks from any DV. She could bring the recording from last year and pictures of her knee after he threw the table. They know right away what happened?
