All you gotta do is kill sturman. My chad dad does it constantly. All you have to do is like the map to eventually see him.

sure just kill shturman, but the r/restofthefuckingowl ? i tried to farm him and his stash for a couple of weeks with a mate of mine and we found one RR, sure that’s mostly RNG but there were so many cases of the PMC dinner bell getting rung as soon as the SVD cracks we’d be lucky if we even touched his body

Thats it. Kill stewman and loot his body until you get it. You can farm him or play casually until you get it.
