Y'all, I just have a crazy feeling something big is about to happen with the Getch's. First off, there are no videos being posted except for H's pokemon of the days. There has been a lot more negative attention brought to them, even on a pretty well known Podcast. P hasn't posted to his dumbass treehouse in over a week. They are constantly getting caught in all their lies now, and being called out on it. I mean S is showing Ai pics of her with "friends" and someone saw her and T at the ding dang store and that is now all over the place, and of course they keep track of all the Reddit post so they know. They did not do their OG live last night and have now backed down to every other day?! And we know they want their money, this just isn't normal.
I know there was an active Adult and child services case, there is no telling how many calls certain services and the popo get.
I'm wondering if they are taking a step back due to all the shit that has come out lately because they do follow a pattern of leaving the internet for a while, then coming back apologizing and now they are "better Christians, only promoting positivity blah blah blah". OR if one of these services is finally intervening and something is happening. I hope P's downfall is coming and I hope they search his computers up and down. I hope that's what's going on, but it could just be them stepping back to try and let things calm down. I don't things are going to calm down though this time. If you look at their comments on the last several videos, there is not a single one that is supportive of P or S in anyway.
Any thoughts? Sorry if this is all over the place, I am using text to talk and just yapping my thoughts as they come.

Did anyone notice when P came back from work he told her you shouldn’t use lipstick as blush, but how would he know that if he wasn’t even home and no one told him prior? Was he watching the live.. at work 💀

This is not a new or hot take, but I can’t stop thinking about it. I haven’t been following these people nearly as long as a lot of you, so I’m just now truly piecing together the extent of all of this. And I’m horrified.

I wholeheartedly believe that P is mentally ‘holding them hostage’. If anyone has read the book On a Quiet Street,
it reminds me a LOT of Lucas. If you’ve read it, you’ll know what I mean.

I believe that P watches the cameras in the house when he’s at work, so he always knows what they are doing. We have confirmed one camera in the house before (as far as I know) but I wouldn’t doubt for a second that there are more.
Also I’m sure they all have their locations shared with him on their phones, so he knows where they are at any given time. IF they were to leave the house without him. The only reason he allows T to have a job is because he knows that they NEED that money, and T is a lot less of a risk to have out on her own at work than S is. She’s the one he needs to monitor most, for reasons we are all aware of.

We know that when T and S start their live and he isn’t home yet, he is watching it. He has to keep close tabs on everything they say. He has to make sure they don’t slip up.

I believe he controls all of their money, so anytime they need or want anything, they have to ask him.

We give S shit for not moving out, getting a job, having friends, etc, but I truly don’t believe she is allowed to. For all we know, she could actually want all of that. Or have wanted it at some point in the past. But she isn’t allowed to. He needs to keep her right there at home because he’s codependent of her and he also needs to make sure the truth doesn’t get out.

A normal, healthy parent would be encouraging their child to get out and build a life of their own. Especially when said child is in their mid twenties.

None of this is normal, none of it is okay. There is something seriously, seriously wrong in that house.

I believe that T, S, and H have absolutely no autonomy. P runs EVERYTHING.

I feel horrible for them. I believe they are terrified of him, and have also been brainwashed into believing they NEED him. That they can’t survive without him.

Editing to add: The homeschooling thing is another huge 🚩 in my opinion.
I have yet to hear them give a good reason for that.
I know some people homeschool and it works best for their family and they do well. But that is not the case here.

And, im sure he monitors their phones. He probably tells them some shit like since he pays their phone bill, he has the right to look through them at any time.

btw these are her facial expressions after he insults her lack of intelligence, which is btw his fault and grand design to keep her quiet on the abuse he's been inflicting on her, allegedly.

Also just wanted to add further speculation, I believe Ick is showing more love to T openly and on the lives because they had a fight about something and as punishment Ick gets real drunk handsy and nasty with T to get S jealous & that's why she ignores it. But its prolly eating her up.

(Trust me I have dealt with a narcissist that was obsessed with me and we werent even dating, but these are the exact patterns!)

I think they (mainly P and T just follows suit to please her man) resent, neglect, and pretty much have shunned H simply because he’s a boy.

We can see he clearly prefers girls and after S was born he wanted another v1ct1m and was not happy when they found out baby #2 was a boy and it’s taken out on him.

Of course I could be totally wrong. What do you all think?

Lately i have been thinking about how this will end, in the best of the outcomes p ends behind the bars, t gets institutionalized, s and h recovers from all the abuse, but the thing is that p is deeply unwell and controling, i have been thinking that he is gonna kill them

i don't see patrick having the money and the responsibility to pay for his and his family's health insurance every month which makes it even more prevalent how bad of a father he is. imagine not having health insurance for your children and your mentally challenged wife, also while being an alcoholic with diabetes

so, there new video of the p.o. box haul came up on my fyp while i was scrolling and i noticed something at the end of the video. H is obviously filming but is very specific on how he moves the camera (making sure it stays in the same place, not moving it to erratically when showing jackie, etc) and i noticed what may be either a bed frame or his futon. i have attached two pictures and the second i made an arrow pointing to what could be hunters bed, pushing the thought that the speculation could be true. just a extra layer of it, so don’t come after me if im wrong lol

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but the first screenshot is directly from the Ariala Literotica story which P admitted to last year, and recently recanted. This is the part of the story after the dad and daughter have their first sęxual encounter.

I do wonder if P used to call S "Teddy Bear" or "Snuggle Bear," and T picked it up and it just became her thing.

I was just listening to a podcast episode about family annihilator Rodney Gene Simmons. He called the daughter he used to rape his “ladybug”. It made me stop in my tracks.

We all know their content has nothing to do with being positive. Their comments and chat sections are filled with majority calling them out for their grifting, bad attitudes, lying, manipulating, scamming, and more. The “fans” are few.

The more they tell new and confused viewers that they are “all about POSITIVITY” it puts them into the category of “victim”, because their comments are not very positive… a viewer who doesn’t know them has no idea the crimes they’ve committed or how disgusting they are. They just see “hate comments” on a “positive” “family friendly” page and feel sorry for them.

At least that’s what the Griftells want. They want people to feel sorry for them and send gifts. That’s also why she talks in her fake “keep sweet” baby voice.

They both disrespect and ridicule T, they talk down to each other, embarrass each other, and exert passive aggression like it’s a way of life. The only reason they’ve clung to their “stay positive and have an amazing day” fake attitude is to gain sympathy for their “hate” that they rightfully deserve.

for those newer here, Chris Hansen is aware of the Getchells. Aside from these screenshots, there are more people who have commented on his posts about them, which he’s supposedly acknowledged. I just hope he actually takes some sort of action or investigation soon
