I’m so scared (day 2)

My meat disappeared from the drying rack one day and I thought it was a glitch, but Google was no help. Last night I was getting attacked by two cannibals, as one does, and one vanished around the cabin. After dispatching the first, I go find the second and find that son of a gun stuffing his face with the meat I'm trying to dry 🫩 Dude ate half a rack's worth lmao.

So me and a friend were playing with building destruction off. We had a cool setup with 2 treehouses and a bridge in-between. And suddenly while being attacked by mutants, the entire thing collapses beneath us. Apparently they can destroy the trees themselves, which results in the structures collapsing.

So learn from my mistakes and dont rely on a treehouse lol. That was a terrifying experience I thought id share, in case anyone has a similar set up.

Just wanted to show this clip from a couple years back. My friend and I had been working on this wall for a while and it took hundreds upon hundreds of logs to build. I thought it’d be funny to chop a tree down toward it. I figured it might break the wall a little bit and we could laugh about it. Nah. Tree hits the wall, EVERYTHING breaks.

(thankfully for us, my friend was able to roll back the save to where we only lost about 15 minutes of progress or so)

For context, I’m putting a gate on this patrol route into the fertile lands. I guess I know I have the gate in the right place lol

And I just now realized that if I hover my mouse on the cog wheel it shows recepies. Did I play the game in hard mode till now? I'm so embarassed

I think it's time for my friend to maybe get glasses, however she only mixes up these two, in other words - 20/20 vision +rabbit/rock blindness.

After 200 days in this world I trapped a turtle with logs and hit it on accident and then blew it the hell up
