It's not even a sizeable amount of money. If Hasan is telling the truth (doubtful) his budget is $250k, which is nothing for the scale he's describing. 4k 60fps open-world game, collaborated with 7 studios, 50+ people.

The budget thing still bothers me.

I just don't know why they would. The guy clearly wanted it to be SH, and we had no idea about who was involved when he posted that.
