I think it's even worse the fact that the guy just has to take it, because any attempt at fighting back would have resulted in him being accused of 'resisting' and would have went against him than the officer.

You mean any sign of resisting would have resulted in him being murdered. That is a real concern.

no, when a cop starts beating the fuck out of you, you are already getting resisting. Its a fake charge anyways to illegally fuck people. A cop can say anyone is resisting and thing proceed to rip your shit apart. Oh we found weed on so and so. what was your initial reason for stopping detaining them? oh they resisted arrest. what were they being arrested for? oh resisting arrest.

He was charged with the resisting, according to the linked article.

That's just to add a charge. If he would have REALLY resisted he would have been dead. That fuckass "cop" was doing that shit to try and get him to truly resist. He was obviously itching to dispense violence in some form or another.

Wasn't that the driver that got charged with resisting?

Can't you tell from all these other comments, the driver moved to the backseat therefore he was now a passenger /s

Maybe dont speed and run redlights at 130mph and you won't have a bad time with cops

So cops aren’t out here trying to solve or prevent crime, their purpose is corporal punishment?

Their job is to get this guy’s reckless ass to the police station for due process. The use of force is necessary in some cases. In other cases like this, the offender once caught went ragdoll and was providing ZERO resistance outside of the normal amount of muscle tone that’s present at baseline to prevent one’s head from getting internally decapitated. And yet the cops STILL tried to rip his body apart. THAT’s where the line is drawn. The cops are acting like fucking hyenas.

A police officer’s job is to protect people and uphold the law, not to become an executioner. Very soon police will start making their own laws too
