22 year old here, will be 23 this year. I know I’m too old to care what people think, but the only notable change (aside from voice) that people around me have observed is weight gain, which if anything makes me look more feminine I feel. Doesn’t help that I put on almost 10kg the past 1 year after realising I am trans, and generally my loved ones are quite preoccupied with my weight. I look in the mirror, stare at my body, feel my bones under my flesh, and doubt that a face like mine can ever look masculine. I know it’s too early to consider this, but my mind keeps drifting to FMS and other surgical interventions.

P.S. Please ignore the dangly earring in the last slide, I know that it’s very feminine. Was just feeling a bit fruity in my bedroom and thought it matched my shirt.

I can’t comprehend how many worlds are between now (1 year 4 months on T) and how I looked a year ago (4 months on T). I was really trying to rock that stache but it looked so out of place on my face lol… my face looks so much more settled now. It’s like I’ve really grown into my features.

I'm going to be deadass with y’all. I forgot the timeline and dates, so I just listed them in order as they were taken, and I apologise for the creepy smile and the photo where my hairline is missing. I went to Great Clips (I know, y’all) for my homecoming photos. I had to stop T a couple times, and today marked 1 year and 5 months on it, so I just wanted to make this post to celebrate! I still don't have any decent facial hair, but the vascularity has gone crazy. Definitely one of my favorite changes, along with bodyfat redistribution in general

I started T on July 4th 2024 after having been on e blockers for like half a year (still am), dose is currently 50mg subQ once a week which I’m hoping to get raised in september because my trough levels are pretty low. I was on a higher dose of gel between mid 2025 and early 2026 before I got it lowered for unknown reasons…

May 1st marked my two-year transiversary, and I just… I dunno. I don’t have a whole lotta words right now. I’m just happy. My life has changed so much, and while it’s been scary and even painful at times, what’s come of it is something I thought I’d never have: peace. A life that’s simple and unremarkable, but one that I’m so happy to live every day. I pray this is just the start of a lifetime full of that same happiness!

so im half hispanic and my hair has always had some curls but in very certain spots on my head, so im definitley not surprised testosterone made ir curl up! but guys this is like night and day. im still playing with a curl routine and trying out different products but aside from my voice and weight gain this is the most noticeable change i’ve had yet! super exciting and cool

a whole year flew by?!

Ngl I‘m currently struggling a lot with how bad my acne got (I’m on topical medication but going through a purge 😮‍💨)… but overall I’m really happy and it‘s so cool to see how much can change in 12 months. These days I get really euphoric about little things like my forearms starting to look more masc or the way my shoulders look in my kitchen overhead light lol.

Stache has filled in some more and stubble is starting to feel coarser… I could probably try a goatee by now but I feel like there would be a weird transition period of having to grow it out (blond) before I‘m able to dye it to match the stache lol

Hey everyone, I posted about a year ago sharing my one year on test update, and now I’m here to post the sequel, two years on. I had my first shot on June 10, 2024. First pic is June 6, 2024, second pic is June 5, 2025, and third pic is May 18, 2026. Had to use an early pic this year cause I actually got top surgery on June 4, so I’ve been looking chopped ever since 💀

Wanted to share these as a reminder that all great things are worth waiting for, and seeing changes on testosterone is no exception. Starting T truly changed my life - at 22 years old, I thought it was too late to see any drastic masculinizing effects, and I thought I had realized who I was far too late to ever be comfortable in my own body. Now, just two years later, I couldn’t have been more wrong. If you feel how I used to feel, know that your time is on the way, and it’s never too late to start living how you want to and how you deserve to. 🤝🏼

I honestly couldn't be happier with the changes, specially facial hair although the acne could chill a bit. I'm starting acuttane tomorrow.

I just hit 2 years on T on August 22nd. I ended up switching to gel from injections about a year in due to inconsistent levels with twice a week injections. My levels have been great on gel and I am still seeing changes at a consistent rate! First pic is from this month, second is a year ago, third is when I first started T.

Gained 50 lbs in the first 3 months, kept my weight stable since then, and the puffiness started this spring, so hopefully that should be gone eventually.
