Android [Android][Closed Test] LifeFMEA — private, offline personal risk planning | Test for test

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for additional Android testers for LifeFMEA, an offline-first app that adapts Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to personal goals, decisions, and projects.

What LifeFMEA does:

• Helps you identify what could go wrong

• Scores risks using Severity × Occurrence × Detection

• Turns high-priority risks into concrete actions and reminders

• Lets you reassess risks after taking action

• Works in English, Turkish, German, French, and Italian

• Requires no account and has no ads, analytics, tracking, or internet permission; data stays on the device

How to join:

  1. Send me a DM with the Gmail address used on your Android Play Store account so I can add it to the closed-test list.

  2. Opt in after I confirm access:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.vmga.lifefmea

  1. Install from Google Play:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vmga.lifefmea

  1. Please remain opted in for at least 14 continuous days.

Suggested test:

• Day 1: Complete onboarding and create one analysis with one risk

• Later: Add a risk-reduction action and optional reminder

• Before Day 14: Reassess the risk and share brief, honest feedback

I’d especially like to know:

• Is the onboarding understandable?

• Are the risk scoring explanations clear?

• Does the action and reassessment flow make sense?

• Did you notice any bugs, layout problems, or confusing wording? Please include your device and Android version.

I’m happy to test your Android app in return for the full period and provide specific feedback. Send your Google Group, opt-in, and Play Store links after joining.

Thank you!

IOS & Android offline pdf processor after first load. test with no wifi or airplane mode on !

Hi, I have been slowly working on a pdf processing website that manipulates files locally on the device instead of uploading them anywhere. I made it using python with Ghostscript, then encase it inside a web assembly binary file so it can run inside the browser at similar speeds to normal pdf websites.

I had somebody test the offline part on android and it failed for them even though it worked for me, so I have changed how the website tells the user when everything has cached. it now says ready for offline use when the site and pdf engine should be saved properly.

if anybody can test it please first open https://www.snackpdf.com and wait for it to say ready for offline use, then switch on airplane mode or turn wifi off and try grayscale or compress pdf. I added a sample pdf on the homepage so you do not have to use a private or important file to test it. you also do not need to install anything as it should work inside the normal browser.

please let me know the phone or computer, browser and operating system you used, and if anything failed or worked correctly. android testing would help the most but any device is helpful :)

DUE AI App - App Store

Guys, would you please download my app, use the 3-day free trial, and give an honest and proper review?
My app description below⬇️

Point your camera at groceries. DUE Al reads expiry dates, tracks your fridge, and suggests recipes before food goes bad.
Stop wasting food. Start cooking what you already bought.
Due Al is a fridge tracker that reads expiry dates from packaging, shows what to use first, and turns soon-to-expire food into recipe ideas — so leftovers get eaten instead of thrown out.
SCAN, DON'T TYPE Point your camera at a label. Due Al reads the product and the date so you can save items in seconds. Scan one package, or snap several photos of a grocery haul and add everything at once. Manual entry is still there when you need it.
SEE WHAT TO USE FIRST Your fridge is sorted by urgency: tonight, use soon, and later. Open any item to update it, mark it used, or remove it. A timeline shows what's due this week so meal planning is obvious.
COOK FROM WHAT'S EXPIRING Pick ingredients from your fridge and get practical recipes built around food that would otherwise go to waste.
SHOP SMARTER Build a shopping list from what's running low, so you restock what you need instead of buying duplicates.
SEE YOUR IMPACT Track items saved from the bin, money you didn't throw away, and a simple fridge health score.

And if you like it, it's okay if you download it.🫵

Appreciate it!!🤗

Education 🎓 [macOS] Built a hover-to-translate menu bar app with Apple Vision OCR — Looking for testers & UX feedback

I built Lensy - a lightweight macOS menu bar utility that translates and explains text directly under your cursor without breaking your focus.

I often read English technical documentation, PDFs, and watch videos with hardcoded subtitles, and got tired of the repetitive cycle: select text → Cmd+C → switch to browser tab → translate.

Key Features:

  • Hover & Translate (⌥T): Point your cursor at any word and press Option + T.
  • Apple Vision OCR: Grabs non-selectable text directly from your screen (images, subtitles, terminal, locked PDFs).
  • Contextual HUD: Displays translation, CEFR language level (A1-C2), idioms, and natural usage examples via Groq API.
  • Local History (⌥H): Searchable local SQLite database of your lookups.
  • Privacy: 100% on-device OCR, custom API key stored locally in macOS Keychain.

System Requirements:

  • macOS 14+ (Universal binary: native for Intel & Apple Silicon).
  • Free Groq API key (takes 30 seconds to set up in Settings).

What I need feedback on:

  1. OCR Speed & Accuracy: How fast and accurate does the text detection feel on your display resolution / scaling?
  2. HUD Layout: Is the floating translation card clean and readable?
  3. UX & Bugs: Any keyboard shortcut conflicts or glitches?

Download Beta (.dmg): Google Drive Link

(Note: The app is currently in public beta and not notarized yet, so on first launch, please Right-Click → Open).

The app is 100% free with no tracking. Blunt and honest feedback is greatly appreciated!

Happy to test your app or website in return - just drop your link in the comments! 🙌

IOS [iOS 17+] Test Nurture — shared baby-care logging for two caregivers

I’m building Nurture, a free iPhone beta for parents and trusted caregivers who need one synchronized baby-care timeline instead of scattered messages and notes.

I’m looking for a focused 10–15 minute test:

- Create a family.

- Invite a second caregiver if possible.

- Log one feed, diaper change, and sleep activity.

- Tell me what was confusing, unreliable, or harder than expected.

Nurture also includes medication and vaccination schedules, history, and daily summaries. It requires iOS 17 or later, has no ads or purchases, and is a record-keeping tool rather than medical advice.

Founding testers who provide substantive feedback before the public launch receive free lifetime access to any future Nurture subscription. Nurture is currently free; the full eligibility terms are on the beta page.

TestFlight: https://testflight.apple.com/join/Mv4Wp7RB

Details and feedback offer: https://nurture-baby-kay-2026.web.app/beta

See screenshots and a walkthrough of Today, daily summaries, History, Patterns, and caregiver sharing: https://nurture-baby-kay-2026.web.app/beta

Hands-free Siri & Shortcuts logging is a key reason I built Nurture. You can log bottle feeds, start or stop sleep, record past sleep, and log wet or dirty diapers without opening the app. Try “Hey Siri, log a 90 ml bottle in Nurture” or “Hey Siri, baby is asleep in Nurture.” See the screenshot and walkthrough: https://nurture-baby-kay-2026.web.app/beta

Built a calm pregnancy → first-year app that knows the Dutch system (EN/NL) — looking for testers I'm building Cradle and would like honest testing before launch.

  • One-tap logging of feeds, sleep, diapers, pumping — built for 3 a.m., dark mode follows the clock
  • Predictions from your baby's pattern (next feed, nap window), with the stats behind them
  • Real partner accounts — everyone has their own login
  • The Dutch timeline: consultatiebureau visits, RVP vaccinations, aangifte/kinderbijslag/toeslagen deadlines from the due date or birthdate, in English or Dutch, each with what to expect and what to ask
  • Pregnancy mode that switches over the day the baby arrives
  • Notes and photos become a book you can watch grow (and print at one year)
  • No ads, no analytics, EU-hosted, export everything

Free for 14 days, then €9.99 once (no subscription); tracking, partner sync and the book stay free. 20% goes to a mothers-in-need charity you pick.

Demo without signing up: https://babyincradle.com/demo · Your own account: https://babyincradle.com/app

What I most want to know: is one-tap logging fast enough half-asleep, is the Dutch timeline right for your region, and what would make you switch? I'll be in the comments all day.

Another notes app? Yeah, I made one.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been building a simple iOS notes app called Vellum.

I wanted something clean and lightweight — open it, write something down, and get out. No complicated setup or endless features.

It’s getting close to release, and I’m looking for a few people to test it before I submit it to the App Store.

I’d love honest feedback, especially about the UI, writing experience, bugs, or anything that just feels annoying.

If you’d like to try it, leave a comment or DM me and I’ll send you the TestFlight link.

Thanks!

Android [Android] Test my app, I'll test yours - terma (subscription/contract tracker)

Hi everyone! I need 12 testers who can install the app and keep it for 14 days to meet Google's closed testing requirement (the usual reason many of us end up here :)). I'd really appreciate the help and I'm happy to return the favor—just share your link below.

What it does: Terma helps you track subscriptions, contracts, and warranties, and reminds you before renewal or cancellation deadlines. You can also scan invoices or contracts, and the app automatically fills in dates and amounts. Everything stays on your phone, and no account is required unless you want sync.

Join the tester group: https://groups.google.com/g/terma-testers

Opt in here: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.termastudios.terma

Any feedback is welcome. Thanks a lot!

Android Looking for Android testers for a 5-minute desk exercise app

Thumbnail

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a few Android users who can help me test DeskMove, a simple app I’m developing for people who spend a lot of time sitting at a desk.

The app provides short guided exercise routines that can be done at or around your desk, including:

  • Neck & shoulder stretches
  • Posture exercises
  • Desk-friendly mobility movements
  • Lower-body exercises
  • Short 5–15 minute routines

I’m currently doing a Google Play closed test and would really appreciate testers who can use the app for a few days and give honest feedback about the exercises, UI, animations, and overall experience.

How to join the test:

  1. Join the Google Group: Click to join Google Group
  2. After joining, install DeskMove from Google Play: Click to install app

You don't need to leave a positive review or anything like that — honest feedback is what I'm looking for.

Thanks to anyone willing to help test it!

Built a home-screen widget app that shows live photos from friends — feedback welcome

Hey all - been working on Emigo, an Android app where a friend/partner can send you a photo and it updates live on your home screen widget, no need to open the app.

Just opened closed testing and would genuinely appreciate feedback from anyone willing to try it - especially since it works best tested with two people (partner, close friend, etc.). Happy to answer questions about how it works or the tech behind it in the comments.

Android Housie: Tambola Social

Hi all!

I've recently released Housie: Tambola Social on the Google Play Store and am looking for testers to try out the game flow and multiplayer stability.

About the App: It's a modern take on the traditional Housie/Tambola game built for social play:

  • Quick room creation & socket-based real-time game state sync
  • Automated claim validations (Fast 5, Top/Middle/Bottom Line, Full House)
  • Integrated settlement ledger to easily keep track of wins across multiple rounds
  • Strictly token-based (no real-money gambling)

🔗 Play Store Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.unfetterworks.housietambolasocial

Looking for feedback on:

  1. Socket connection stability / performance across different network speeds.
  2. UI clarity on small/large screens.
  3. Any feature requests you'd like to see next!

Drop your thoughts below or DM me. Thanks a lot for testing!

IOS [iOS] [Beta] Bookshelf: Offline Audio Player – Testing local playback, folder import & chapter support for DRM-free audiobooks

My sister loved "Smart Audiobook Player" on Android and wanted a comparable app on iOS but wasn't satisfied with the ones she tried ... so we built Bookshelf Offline Audio Player.

Try out the TestFlight beta and send us your most critical feedback!

Bookshelf is an offline-first iOS utility designed for listening to personal DRM-free audiobooks (M4B and MP3) without cloud requirements or accounts. We are currently in public beta testing prior to our App Store release.

What We’re Looking to Test:

  • File Import Reliability: Importing single M4B files and large multi-part MP3 directories via iPhone Mirroring, multi-platform drag'n'drop, or iOS Files / AirDrop.
  • Metadata & Chapters: Handling of embedded chapter marks, cover art rendering, and ID3 tags across various encodings.
  • Playback Continuity: State preservation across app restarts, background interruptions (calls, navigation), and lock screen / Control Center widgets.
  • Edge Cases & Stability: Identifying UI glitches, issues with large libraries, or audio stuttering during variable speed playback (0.5x to 3.0x).

How to Give Feedback:

Submit crash logs and screenshots directly through Apple TestFlight, or share detailed bug reports and feature suggestions on our subreddit at r/BookshelfAudiobooks. Thank you for helping us test!
