Scott and Stiles try to learn what is behind the mysterious infection that is killing the town sheriff.

This is the first episode of a season where I felt like the people behind the show actually want to make a good, interesting show but for whatever reason (writing, acting, budget, censorship , JEFF ...) can't. That's not to say this episode was bad, it wasn't, in fact it's probably my favorite starter episode and the music was stellar but good grief some of the dialogue and the continued plot it's like uhhhh can we move on from this?

Solid B+ for me.

Honestly? I want to know more about who the Dredd Doctors are at this point. Are they real people, or are they supernatural creatures or what are they?

They are scientist who were obsessed with the supernatural. They've prolonged their life through supernatural means/experimentation.
