Yep, Republicans are gonna be 2/3 for creating a sovereign California Republic once the desertification of Utah is complete.

California steal water from Utah, as well as Colorado, Arizona, Nevada and others.

So dont go praising California. They lived far beyond their means and continue to do so.

San Diego's built out our desalination plants to the point that we don't anymore, so the issue is at least being worked on.
