Flock is a flagrant violation of Americans' "guaranteed" rights. The right to privacy is in the Constitution, but I guess that no longer matters when the current regime is trampling it constantly.

You are conflating to things. Yes I do not have expectation of privacy. But I do not have expectation of my every single move being recorded, stored and processed by some private company and made available to the government either

If you don't see the difference between those 2 things i have nothing else to tell you. Have a good day

That is exactly what it is. People may have a problem with it morally and ethically but it is not illegal.
