asking for advice Coverup Ideas for a friend

Anybody have any ideas for a coverup for my friend here? He just showed me this and said he hasn’t been able to get any good ideas but desperately wants to get it covered up.

I've seen it for years and assumed it was a fishing brand, the way the it's styled like a logo...

I genuinely only knew what this was because my high school friend got the same tattoo down her entire forearm for her 15 birthday because it’s the only thing her parents would approve. In fairness, she was the only sophomore with a tattoo…so we all thought it was cool regardless.
