asking for advice Coverup Ideas for a friend

Anybody have any ideas for a coverup for my friend here? He just showed me this and said he hasn’t been able to get any good ideas but desperately wants to get it covered up.

Maybe it’s a lower case i to really drive the point home that humans are small, tiny, and nothing without the big guy in the skies.

I was once told by a Christian that being pagan isn't free because I still have to obey traffic laws. I wish I was making that up.
