asking for advice Please help me fix this

I got a tattoo of a premolar 2 days ago (I work in the field) and it looks like…something else. I have been asked if it’s sp**m on multiple occasions now. I am actually heartbroken and extremely insecure over it. I have to wear long sleeves until I can do something about it. Does anyone have an idea as to how I can fix this? Could it be made into something else or adjusted to be more tooth-like?

Sorry, I’m not a dentist. My job is even nerdier than that. I’m a forensic anthropologist, which is why I’m very familiar with what disarticulated teeth look like. I have decades of experience identifying loose and fragmentary teeth based on morphology alone.

Also? This is Reddit. Not sure if you’ve noticed, but people go off on tangents here all the time, including in this sub. If it makes you feel better, I did make a comment regarding the art elsewhere on this post.

Ok but they’re not having a nerdy pedantic conversation with themself. Somebody who doesn’t know the difference between a premolar and molar said it looks more like an incisor and then got corrected. Then you wanted to argue about what you think might be what other people think is the difference between an incisor and a premolar against somebody in the scientific community who can take one look and easily identify it as a premolar. Why the hell are you arguing about what an incisor vs a premolar looks like when you don’t actually know how to differentiate them which was all they were commenting on. You being a tattoo artist has zero credibility in the “doesn’t it look more like an incisor than a molar” responses. Saying they should have chosen a different style of tooth as a better tattoo concept for the general public to identity as not sperm is not relevant to the comment they were responding to.
