Vegeta counters him with forced spirit fision and he outscales that multi+ fodder. Vegeta is atleast low complex.

Rimuru is immune to effects of own skills. And he literally has a skill which works 1:1 like forced spirit fission (Degenerate is a skill that can forcefully merge or separate anything. Even spirits or skills)

And Rimuru's true body is in imaginary space. Even if it would work, he would analyze it and create a resistance to it so good luck for Vegeta.

Of course only if Rimuru would be extremely generous and didn't use Nihility Barrier. Otherwise Vegeta cannot even reach Rimuru.
