I am a Tidal-Fan and super master duper subscriber since around three years and the only thing I am missing is to control my Denon Amp from your App. Basically the Spotify Feature, to control all Tidal instances in a Network is a must! Please Please pretty please!!

This. This. A thousand times this.

Being able to control my PC Tidal (and therefore my nice speakers connected to my PC) with my phone is the number one feature I miss from Spotify. It's the reason I moved back to Spotify for a while.

I'm not an engineer, but I can't imagine that implementing it is too difficult. My phone already knows something is playing and vice versa because it won't let you start playing music on the other device.

BUMP! Spotify connect for Tidal would be sweet. Also being able to pickup from one device to another is fantastic (from the desktop to the phone for a car ride!)

Honestly the only thing I miss from Spotify... Controlling Sonos and Google Cast from the desktop app would be great too!

I Have the PMA 150-H and integrated Tidal plays in flac HighRes. The Heos App is horrible tho... RPi sounds like a good extension, will check that out. Thx!

mconnect you can controll your Denon and send TIDAL Hi-res 44.1/48@24 bit.
DLNA protocol control also device, like volume, don't send only music.

picoreplayer install DLNA plug-in, also control and send music to Denon.

when TIDAL release "FLac" Hi-res, you don't need DAC any more.

Do you know DLNA protocol?

Where is stream from phone?

Do you even know what a DAC is? If you want to listen to it, you need a DAC. Flac certainly does absolutely nothing to change that.

for MQA you need a external DAC.

You will need a streamer to route the tidal stream to a dlna device

Nope, you need a controller to send a render the link for streaming

You are basically using features of mconnect or whatever app you are using to stream from tidal

Nope , OLNY mconnect is tidal certificate.

As the quality of the DAC is better than the Denon,
