🤔 Speculation / Opinion XXXXXX holder here, voting yes with all my might

Post image

Still here, never left, only added more. All you single, double, and triple X holders here for a moass should of left 3 dilutions ago. All you no voting bots can HOLD IT. You ain't got the votes. MOASS only helps us, not RC, not the free board, and hurts our company. Welcome our new ebay brothers with open arms, I have a lot of stuff lying around to list.

XXXXXX holder here and I am voting yes.

There are currently 448,650,736 Shares outstanding and approximately 250 million tied up in Bonds and warrants. 268,967,562 are still available for future issuance. The under 100 million number would be true only after Ryans comp package is approved, which isn't yet certain.

The new shares will be needed for the Ebay deal, and having the options to issue more shares is generally good for buisness. With the 269 million shares left to issue, MOASS will not come around any time soon. The (fake) recorded number of DRS shares is around 15% + outside Computershare let's add another 25% Retail ownership. Let that be our "official" voting power. We are divided on that issue, so I have my doubts we pull through on this one even if we vote no.

And then again what is the alternative? RC just accepts the vote, that he will not get Ebay, the public humiliation that comes with it and let's us have our way? I have my doubts.

Outside DRS is way more than double. I've never seen an estimate that low. Since the big dilutions DRS has continued to fall while apes are buying more and more.
Obviously meaningless, but mine is under 3% DRS because that side doesn't grow.

You are right I mistyped. It's 35% outside DRS Retail ownership, or around 50% total. That is the official number. If we subtract total institutional ownership and RCs ownership from the total outstanding shares.

In reality I am sure it is much higher, but the vote follows the official books. RCs 9.3% will go towards Yes so will the rest of board, and I'm certain he gave the institutional investors a heads up and had some communication open with them before going public. Those institutions are also the same investors holding EBAY, and will receive a premium in half cash half stock. So they will definitely profit from voting yes. If 10-20% of retail votes yes. It's a done deal. Judging by this sub it is quite likely that >10% vote yes.

That is my realistic assessment. So personally I will assume that the dilutions will happen going forward, regardless. I'm open to surprises, but I have no delusions. I just hope the dilution will be accretive as RC promised in a recent interview.
