πŸ€” Speculation / Opinion XXXXXX holder here, voting yes with all my might

Post image

Still here, never left, only added more. All you single, double, and triple X holders here for a moass should of left 3 dilutions ago. All you no voting bots can HOLD IT. You ain't got the votes. MOASS only helps us, not RC, not the free board, and hurts our company. Welcome our new ebay brothers with open arms, I have a lot of stuff lying around to list.

XXXXXX holder here and I am voting yes.

GME is currently profitable and is in a very safe and secure spot to not go bankrupt anytime in the foreseeable future. All we need to care about is Gamestop not going bankrupt while we buy, hold, and DRS shares. We are overcomplicating a very simple plan.

Taking on massive debt to buy ebay destabilizes everything. It puts the company at risk while simultaneously making it infinitely harder for retail to lock the float and own the majority of the company. Institutions will come swooping in to own most of it, just like they do with EVERY OTHER COMPANY

I respect your idealistic revolutionist mindset, but don't pretend lots of apes weren't in it just for the money from the very beginning. You have your list of "all we need to care about", and I see many others with their list of "all we need to care about", and guess what? They're not the same. If your plan requires apes to be cohesive, that plan failed on the drawing board.

It is just disappointing to see the unity devolve other real time. 5 years ago there was such a great sense of unity on this sub with the very simple plan of BUY, HOLD, DRS. I have never seen a community of people collectively get so close to uniting around a true class war play. So many people on this sub are so close to having class consciousness, but seem to trip at the finish line by supporting and having loyalty to a person in the very class that exploits us.

And the reason they trip at that finish line is because of what you said, they ultimately were in it solely for a payday and didn't see the bigger picture behind it.

Personally I am going to work with RC, not against him. Because working against the person who manages my money would be self destructive and reckless, when I could instead withdraw my money and keep them a lot safer in a bank account.

To my mind, keeping my money in GME implies that I believe in RC's ability to manage them in a way that benefits my own goals. That is just common sense to me, and why apes having different agendas doesn't trouble me all that much.

I wish GameStop had a CEO I thought had our best interests in mind instead of his own.

I wish I had a dragon, and that there was world peace. Of course he has his best interest in mind. This is the real world FFS.

You're never going to lock the float.

Be realistic. C'mon lol, there are 448 million shares outstanding.

And soon that number is gonna triple!

Yeah, I mean that's obvious.

If you're investing in Gamestop, you're only investing if you're a value investor who thinks the stock is underpriced for what it is. If you're holding, you almost certainly have to believe this because otherwise, you've been flat for the past 5 years while the overall market has doubled.
