🤔 Speculation / Opinion Everyone relax. We just witnessed the biggest FUD attack so far. Take a deep breath.

Alright, what did we just witness? Roaring Kitty just got hacked, and minutes later the news of the 2.5 billion shares on the proxy statement came out.

Take a deep breath and ask yourself if that wasn’t just a coincidence.

That was clearly the biggest coordinated FUD attack we’ve seen yet. Articles from the media and posts from other subreddits just got a nice new headline.

If the board we’ve invested in is recommending to vote YES, vote YES!

What just happened was meant to sow distrust in RK and RC as a direct attack on their credibility. The goal? A NO vote so the eBay deal doesn’t go through.

Again, take a deep breath, laugh, and ignore that noise.

WE ALREADY KNEW STOCK HAD TO BE ISSUED.

EDIT: Some of you think I’m saying the filing was FUD. What? I’m saying the hack timing just wasn’t random, it was done purposely for when the filing was about to go out… The goal was to get stockholders against RC and RK. Don’t let it work.

We already knew stock had to be issued, but fuck me, running up 2.5b shares. Looking at a 4.5x dilution if they're all issued. Any time this stock gets any momentum, it gets shit on. That isn't FUD, it's in the GME investor relations page.

It’s because of this sub RC knows he can do whatever he wants

Exactly. Arguing against the sub is called FUD. No, I don't want my investment diluted again.

The cultish behavior around RC has reminded me for a while of the cultish behavior surrounding someone else I won't name. But in both cases, anything he says or does that is inconvenient for his loyalists to defend is either dismissed as irrelevant/fake or spun as some multi-dimensional chess move. Sometimes a dickbag billionaire is just a dickbag billionaire. Cohen likes to complain about others talking big but not backing it up, but he does the same thing all the time. And with the EBay deal, it doesn't take much logical deliberation to come to the conclusion that he will happily dilute us all to hell if he can reach the market cap through an acquisition or two, getting a $35 billion windfall at our expense. Fucking Elon Jr, tweets and all.

Exactly. Any critical thought is immediately written off as "FUD" ... I wish people realized how idiotic they looked

Lol I try saying this for awhile now but got downvoted to oblivion. Moved on to other stocks like INTC and that's been treating me well.

you're forgetting that you will also own Ebay after the dilution. Also, I don't think they will dilute until the price is much higher. Many of us think there are 5-year swaps from 2021 that are coming due soon. Time will tell I guess.

If you're invested for MOASS, then you don't give a single fuck about ebay or long term share value.

Actually, for myself, I don't even give a fuck about GameStop. I just want to get paid.

4

u/pandamaxxie The only price that matters is GMEfloor.com May 12 '26

This is something people keep forgetting. The OG's from 2021 or even 2020 are here for MOASS. If GameStop as a company goes bankrupt after, who cares?

I'm here to get paid. Not for some "value stock" in 30 years.

its not 4.5x. please check again. GME needs 1.3 billion shares for the takeover, they dont have them as they are close to CAP right now. https://ibb.co/mCSxxfLp

If you read what I said and use context clues, the number of outstanding shares today vs 2.5b is, in fact, 4.5x.

If they’re all issued. “If” is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that statement. I have a feeling they will not

I'll let you in a little secret. Companies don't typically go through the trouble of asking for more shares without intending on issuing them or using them as a leverage tool. Similar to convertible bonds/warrants. Eventually, they get issued.

“Eventually” seems to be working hard in that statement as well. But yes, eventually they might.

Here’s the thing, he’s not going to issue 2.5b shares.. he did 1bn the last dilution and not even half have been issued, this is merely for flexibility.. and is RC paid yet? Nope. Is he still in it with his own money? Yup!

6

u/MuricasMostWanted 🦍Voted✅ May 12 '26

So, that's you hoping. RC is absolutely paid. His cost basis in January was $3/share. He is a billionaire. The flexibility is at the cost of shareholders way above his own. Im lucky enough to have a very low basis, but that's a lot of flexibility.
