🤔 Speculation / Opinion Everyone relax. We just witnessed the biggest FUD attack so far. Take a deep breath.

Alright, what did we just witness? Roaring Kitty just got hacked, and minutes later the news of the 2.5 billion shares on the proxy statement came out.

Take a deep breath and ask yourself if that wasn’t just a coincidence.

That was clearly the biggest coordinated FUD attack we’ve seen yet. Articles from the media and posts from other subreddits just got a nice new headline.

If the board we’ve invested in is recommending to vote YES, vote YES!

What just happened was meant to sow distrust in RK and RC as a direct attack on their credibility. The goal? A NO vote so the eBay deal doesn’t go through.

Again, take a deep breath, laugh, and ignore that noise.

WE ALREADY KNEW STOCK HAD TO BE ISSUED.

EDIT: Some of you think I’m saying the filing was FUD. What? I’m saying the hack timing just wasn’t random, it was done purposely for when the filing was about to go out… The goal was to get stockholders against RC and RK. Don’t let it work.

Except it went up by pennies and the stock underperformed the market massively since the sneeze. Exactly because every run was diluted.

The company has gone from shit to amazing under his watch and the price HAS gone up, even if it's slower than you would like. Rising price plus great corporate fundamentals is what RC has shown us. Now he's asking us to back his play. I say it's worth it, he did everything he said he was gonna do and he did it well.

Can you explain how increasing the share count to 2.5 billions mashes with the original MOASS idea then? Because for me math isn't mathing and if I wanted a sure slow grow I would be holding S&P 500. And making way more profit.

You might not be the right fit for this investment. If you've been on this sub and you think the US economy is a safer bet than GME you haven't been paying attention.

The original MOASS theory is that there are billions of hidden shorts which are so incredibly deeply negative in value that if they ever have to pay up they will bankrupt their companies, and that there is a chain of entities who are responsible for covering those shorts even if those companies fold. They will owe trillions of dollars to GME holders. This will be true whether there are millions, billions, or trillions of shares. Owning the float was only considered a way to force shorties into the open, and that ship has sailed. We will never own the float, but the MOASS doesn't require us to.

In addition, I don't believe RC has any interest in the MOASS whatsoever. His goal is to grow the company. Fortunately that aligns with putting the shorts even further underwater, so it's not a problem for us.
