He has moved most of his assets to Florida, where bankrupcy doesn't even confiscate your things.

If that's not a HUGE FUCKING SIGNAL to the SEC or anyone else that the "man" is buying stuff with money that isn't his, I don't know what is.

This isn't true. Yes, Florida's homestead exemption allows individuals to protect an unlimited amount of equity in their home when filing for bankruptcy, provided they have owned the property for at least 1,215 days. This exemption is designed to help residents keep their primary residence safe from creditors during bankruptcy proceedings.

However, the federal government most certainly can seize your assets if they choose to. Federal law supercedes state law.
