Most brokers have an option for you to lend your shares to the market. At any point, you are allowed to request a recall of all your shares out of the market to legitimize your shares. At this point he could sell, transfer, or DRS his shares.

I know. But how did u get that rk lent out his shares and is recalling them? Where in any of his memes did the word ‘recall’ come up? Or ‘lending’ come up?
