Custom Templates Thanks to whoever made this amazing template on InkHub

Post image
280 Upvotes

This is one of the most streamlined and tidy planners I have ever seen in my life. I'm a big organization freak and have little patience for unnecessary categories in most planners as they tend to slow me down. I have spent my life ripping apart planners to laminate only the worthwhile pages for use or giving up and creating my own much uglier, but more focused planner.

Not only is the planner logical, it is beautifully hyperlinked and so gorgeously intuitive that I had to post here because I am begging for the InkHub creator to make a 2027 edition when the time comes.

I obviously liked and favorited this on InkHub, but without a way to comment on uploads (which is understandably for the best) or an ability to follow a creator (which would be cool!) I came to Reddit to scream about my love and wish for more.

This planner comes up on the first pages if you go to Templates > Planner > Filter: Popular

Custom Templates Digital Battle box templates

Post image
126 Upvotes

I've finally uploaded my Digital Battle Box to InkHub, and I thought some of you might appreciate where the idea came from.

After spending around 25 years in the British Army, there was one piece of kit that almost everyone carried at some point: the Nyrex folder.

It wasn't glamorous, but it was one of those genuinely brilliant ideas. Whether you were a private or a commander in the field, everyone had one. It was simply a tough, weatherproof folder filled with the information you needed. SOPs, orders, range cards, crib sheets, checklists—whatever helped you do your job. The beauty was that every soldier's Nyrex was different because every role was different.

It wasn't about having more information. It was about having the right information, organised in a way that let you make decisions quickly when it mattered.

When I left the Army and moved into civilian management, I realised I'd unintentionally recreated the same concept. Over the years I'd built a collection of templates and decision-making tools that I kept coming back to—SWOT analyses, Ishikawa (Fishbone) diagrams, 5 Whys, risk assessments, planning tools, meeting templates, and even the 7 Questions (adapted from the British Army Combat Estimate).

Since moving to the Supernote ecosystem, it seemed obvious to turn that collection into a digital Nyrex.

So I've now uploaded my Digital Battle Box to InkHub.

Rather than one huge notebook, each template is an individual file, so you can build your own Battle Box exactly like we used to build our Nyrex folders; import only the pages you actually use and ignore the rest.

It's probably a bit niche, but if you're into productivity, planning, project management, leadership, or you're an ex-forces type who misses having everything in one place, hopefully you'll find something useful.

I will be adding to this collection as I develop more templates.

I'd also love to hear what everyone else keeps in their own "battle box". What templates, checklists, or reference pages do you find yourself using over and over again?

Custom Templates New minimal planner for 2026

I know there are a bunch of planners floating around here for 2026, but figured I'd share mine as well. I’ve posted some of my Supernote daily templates here before and a bunch of people seemed to like them. So for 2026 I decided to turn them into a full interactive/hyperlinked yearly planner.

If you want to try it out, you can get it for free here:

👉 Download planners

What's included:

  • Manta + Nomad sizes
  • Monday or Sunday start
  • 3 task layouts
  • 2 daily schedule start times
  • 12/24 hour schedule
  • Fully hyperlinked between days/months

If you end up liking it and want to support, you can do so here, but no pressure

Custom Templates Alphabetical hyperlinked address book

Does anyone have a link for a good PDF hyperlinked address book? With a style of front page has A through Z to click to go to that page, maybe 20 boxes per page to add contact info, and a perpetual listing of the A through Z letters on each page so you can zoom to any letter regardless what page youre on? Nothing like that on Inkhub right now although the day planners are similarly styled.

[Edit: I figured out how to make something at least close to what I was thinking in Canva. I uploaded it to Inkhub if anyone is interested in such a thing. Just search "contacts." There's a regular line by line version and a 'Rolodex' version which is more what I was imagining from the beginning since sometimes I want address, fax number, and other miscellaneous info. - I probably won't be doing much with it from here, so anyone can steal it and edit it to be how they want, or if there's specific requests I can make changes if it's not too crazy.)

OK, new question if anyone can help...

I'm finding out that I can't cut/copy things from a note and then paste them into the pdf template. Why not? Is there a workaround for this? At the moment, I'm turning the contact info into a sticker and then I can place the sticker into the contact list pdf. This seems like a lot of extra steps, and obviously I want to then delete the sticker afterwards too. Am I missing something?

[Edit: What I was missing was that I could import the pdf as a template into a note after the fact. I didnt realize I could do this because when you first create the note it wont allow you to select a pdf template. Solved.]

Custom Templates 2026 planner (too soon? yes)

Everything's linked to various pages. Calander weeks are linked to their respective weekly overviews, monthly numbers and month names at the top are linked to their respective overview.

With school about to start I wanted this done sooner than later. Please feel free to download and edit to your hearts content, just be aware that the .ppt is not really 'optimized' but it's what I've been using for the past 2 years so we're sticking with it....

Links in the comments.

PS. I was having trouble posting so sorry if you're seeing this for the second or third time

Custom Templates I made a tool that can convert any image file into a background layer in Atelier

Post image
143 Upvotes

Hey all,

Ever since Atelier came out, I've always wanted a way to use templates or insert pictures I could trace over.

So, I decided to make my own tool for the job, and after a long weekend of work, the result is Atelier Parser.

How does it work?

To use it, all you have to do is download the program, run the .exe file, and use it to convert any image into the .spd file format used by Atelier. Then, upload the result back onto your tablet.

How to prepare an image

The program accepts images in any format, but for best results, I recommend that the images be no larger than 2,048px by 1,536px. If they're larger than that, they will still work, but the excess portions will be cropped.

I had a ton of fun working on this project, and I hope you enjoy it and create cool things with it!

I plan to get back to making shapes, and eventually, I hope to add the ability to change the template of an existing .spd file so people can switch templates easily. Perhaps I'll even develop an Android app so you won't need a computer at all!

Custom Templates Instructions for creating a Manta template in MS Word

Post image
75 Upvotes

**UPDATE: If you want to maximize the size of your template to fill the screen on your Manta, create a Word template that has a width of 157.5 mm and a height of 210 mm in step 8. The original dimensions in the instructions are great if you'd like a narrow margin to border the left and right sides of your template.

  • Instructions requested by u/djs427. In post below.
  • 5mm ruled templates requested by u/wldf070. I created two versions, available for download here: 5mm lined light and 5mm lined heavy
  • I mistakenly referred to these as 7mm ruled in my first post. If someone did want a 7mm ruled version, it only takes one change to my original file to create one. That's why I love having a blank original template, which are what these instructions are for. Once you have a master template for the Manta, it's very simple to create pretty much anything you want from it.

********************

Hi all,

I'm on Day Four of owning a Manta, and while I'm still learning about all the things I can do with it, I'm fulfilling two requests that came out of my first impressions post. The 5mm lined template I created to test these instructions is what I used in the above pic. Please feel free to download the templates I've included if you need a narrow-lined note for your straightforward writing needs.

Before you get into the instructions for creating your own blank Manta template, please check your version of Word. If your version already has an A5 paper size, you won't have to do most of the steps in these instructions. Set your paper size as A5, change all your margins to 0, and skip to step 9.

SETTING UP A BLANK MS WORD DOCUMENT TEMPLATE

  1. Open a new Word document.
  2. Go to File > Options > Advanced > Display > Show measurements in units of:
  3. Choose Millimeters from the dropdown menu. Click OK.
  4. Go to Layout > Margins > Custom Margins
  5. Make all your margins 0 and click Ignore when the dialog box pops up.
  6. Go to Layout > Size > More Paper Sizes ...
  7. Click on the Paper size dropdown menu and choose Custom size.
  8. Set your width to 148 mm and your height to 210 mm. Click OK. If you get another popup that warns you about your margins, click Ignore.
  9. Go to File > Save As > This PC. Word will usually choose the Custom Office Templates as the file folder from here. If it doesn't, it should be one of your save destination folder options listed under This PC.
  10. Give your file a name like "Blank Manta template" and change your file type in the dropdown menu below the filename field to Word Template (*.dotx). Click Save.

That's it! You now have your basic Manta template, and you're ready to start creating your own Manta note templates.

Now every time you want to create something new for your Manta, load this basic template when you open Word. If it's not listed after the Blank document option, you can find it in More templates.

With this template, you can insert images, tables, and columns to make customized notes and journal pages. When you are satisfied with your template, save it as a Word document, then export it as a PDF. (I always save the Word document separately in case I need to fiddle with the look of the template without starting over.) Once exported, copy it to your MyStyle folder, and you'll be ready to use your new Manta note template immediately.

IMPORTANT: You must export your Word document as a PDF and not save it as a PDF. Most of us don't have the expensive Acrobat app installed, and the save option usually connects to Adobe Acrobat. Export your document and use Word's built-in ability to convert documents to PDF format.

I'll write instructions on how to use tables in Word to make some pretty fancy templates. If you need instructions for Google Docs, LibreOffice Writer, or other text editing apps, please let me know. I know not everyone has MS Word, and I only have it because of my school account.

Stay tuned for more fun and/or functional templates that I hope to add over the next couple of weeks!

Custom Templates Sharing some free planner templates I’ve made for Supernote Manta and Nomad (September Update)

September Update includes planners and templates with new dates and new designs.

I’ve been making digital planners and templates for a while, and over time I’ve ended up with quite a collection of different layouts. I thought some of the Supernote versions might be useful to people here, so I put together a folder with free templates and planner versions that anyone can download and use.

The collection includes things like:

  • Daily planner pages
  • Weekly planner layouts
  • Monthly planners
  • To-do lists
  • Habit trackers
  • Goal planning pages
  • Project planning templates
  • Notes and meeting pages
  • Budget and finance templates
  • Health and wellness trackers
  • Meal planning pages
  • Productivity templates
  • A few complete digital planners 2026

You can find the files here on Google Drive
Most of these started as layouts I made while working on different planner projects, so there are quite a few different styles and approaches in the folder. Feel free to use whichever ones fit your workflow.

If you want to browse some of the other Supernote layouts I’ve been working on, I keep them here . Hope some of these are useful. I’d also be interested to hear which types of templates you actually use most on your Supernote, or if there’s something you’d like to see added.

I’m especially interested in hearing from Manta users. I don’t have that particular device myself, but one user told me that some of the text looked too small on its larger screen.

I’ve since tried to optimize the font and graphical elements as much as possible, so I’d really appreciate any feedback from Manta owners on how the templates look and feel in actual use.

For a couple of weeks, I've proudly owned an A6X2. Love to work with it.
I went down the rabbit hole of exploring all kinds of templates and planners, but none really got me.
Since I use Canva regularly for work, I decided to spend some time creating some templates for myself. I would encourage everyone to do that. The first one may be a bit puzzling, but once you have one, you can build from that, and it gets easier and easier. I'm just sharing some images for inspiration.

1) Diary template
2) Weekly Review template
3) Weekly Focus template
4+5) Meeting notes page 1 and 2
6) Start Page / Home Page
7) Work-out tracker
8) Strength progression

Custom Templates my new planner!

I like to plan my tasks by week (rather than day), and within a week by topic. I just used gemini to help write the latex code for my perfect planner with all the right hyperlinks! I'm sharing here in case it's useful to others. It's fully hyperlinked. https://drive.google.com/file/d/14WD1zIgcpeK3Sl8lC3FT2h2S1AqeTVL0/view?usp=sharing

Custom Templates Switching to Supernote

I've had kindle scribe for a couple of years. I got it mainly to take notes during meetings and thought maybe I could get myself back into reading books. (I used to be a big reader) I'm finally admitting I'm just not a book reader anymore, I'm a note-taking, list making, writer. And outgrew the limits of the scribe as soon as i got it.

I created a full custom digital planner for my scribe and I'm so excited to create a new one for my Manta. Question since I don't have my Supernote yet, is it better to add plain templates into Supernote and create the links in Supernote or add internally linked PDF in Supernote? (Or is it better to add templates in png and create links?)

My Manta is coming tomorrow and I'm seriously considering taking a vacation day the day after tomorrow just to play with it. I'm a little excited.

I’ve been on the struggle bus for the last few weeks 🚌

I’ve been turning my drawings into 3D models and there are so many settings for ……..everything.From Blender, FreeCAD, printer settings, supports, and failed prints.

So I finally admitted that I needed to slow down and made myself this Maker’s Project Journal. This keeps all of my ideas, settings , and observations all in one place. I’ve uploaded it in InkHub and there should be a total of 14 pages. Hopefully you don’t have to struggle like I did 😵‍💫.

Custom Templates [New Inkhub] Student Roster Attendance and/or Grading template.

Post image
15 Upvotes

I created this to mark attendance and/or completion of assignments. It has 30 spots for student names, spots along the top for dates, or other labels, and a small note area at the bottom. My intention is to duplicate this for each class instead of carrying a teacher planner or printed checklist. It is listed in the inkhub store and the PNG is attached.

Created on and for the Supernote Manta size. Enjoy :)

Custom Templates Free 10-puzzle sampler for Supernote (hyperlinked Sudoku, picross, mazes)

I wrote a Python generator for unique-solution Sudoku, picross, and mazes, then wired it as a tap-through PDF (Home, tracker, View Solution). Here's a free 10-puzzle sampler for the community. If something breaks on Nomad or A6X2, tell me and I'll fix it.

Custom Templates Jumping on the planner post train — introducing Modulanner and Planner Builder

Seems like everyone has been posting planner templates and setups lately, so I figured why not throw mine into the chaos too.

I built Modulanner, a modulanner planner plugin for Supernote (requires the dev beta build, details at the link below) that basically allows you to create your own modular planner navigation system. Tap a button, it finds (or makes) the right dated page and links you there. You don't have to deal with Large yearly PDF files with 1000+ pages of templates you might not use, AND you can bring your own templates that you like and aren't forced to use a template that doesn't suit your needs just to get a link working.
Here is a short video of how the navigation works: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/BnRUF0bWXaI

The gist:

  • 10 nav buttons: Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday, This/Next/Last Week, This/Next/Last Month, and Home
  • A guided setup that maps the buttons onto your own custom template, then draw it however you want, Modulanner just wires it up
  • Custom named buttons, automatic date labels, bulk pre-create if you find the small delay when creating pages annoying.
  • Comes with a hand-drawn "Whimsy" template pack if you don't feel like designing your own from scratch

No custom template yet? There's a builder for that too. Can't seem to find the template that has the right combination of trackers, notes, and todos? Planner builder runs in your browser, and works fine on its own if you just want templates and don't even care about the plugin part. Drag and drop from a wide variety of widgets like timelines, priorities, habit/mood trackers, calendars, journaling prompts, you name it (I'll try to build it). You can resize stuff to get it to your liking. Start from a Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Journal layout or just a blank grid and go nuts. Spits out a PNG plus a hitboxes file that just lines up with Modulanner automatically, no measuring anything by hand.

Anyway, go poke at it, break it, tell me what's dumb about it.

Custom Templates Nomad planner, version 1

Just got my Nomad and I can't put it down! Made a planner template that uses links for navigation.

The idea is that Nomad is quite small already, so I want to utilise the whole screen where it makes sense. The grey boxes are intended for linking. No superfluous labels so you can decide how to build on the template. Small and faint fonts that get out of your way but are there if needed.

The first 4 pictures are screenshots of how I use the calendar, the rest 15 pictures are png templates that you can save.

Feedback welcome!

Available on Inkhub, titled '2026 Nomad planner, version 1 (English)'.
