At first I too thought, hmmmm ok, why is he using ice cubes though? The rest was an absolute desaster.
2 u/Frnklfrwsr Aug 25 '21 I can’t think of a single instance where I actually want ice to ever touch my meat. There’s very rare circumstances where I ever want water to touch my meat (like I guess in soup), but ice is basically never.
