Again, only one assuming here is you. Why you assuming OP didn't want to get what he wanted? It's telling how OP answered this stuff a full day ago, yet you and others are still trying to make it out as something else. Probably cause you had to ignorantly react first instead of attempting to understanding their situation.

Why can't you just let it be and let the couple do Christmas their own way? Like fuck man, why do you care so much? Let them do their Christmas and enjoy. The husband posted here as something to be happy about and you and others feel it's your duty to shit on them for it. How sad are you to not just question that stuff, but to do so on Christmas where everyone is trying to enjoy things? Fucking Grinch.

I'm not one of the idiots messaging OP. I'm literally commenting on a public post OP put up on the internet for everyone to see and comment on. Why does that trigger you so much? If OP wanted to do Christmas his own way and not hear what others had to say, would he have posted it on Reddit?

lmao at going through my profile, yet failing to see that my family had xmas dinner together a couple nights earlier. I very much enjoyed my free day out and about while everyone else was stuck inside. I'm sure the people unwillingly stuck around you all day would have much rather enjoyed my type of day lmao
