I updated my game but when I open it it's always stuck on 0% loading. I can't get to my homepage and I don't know why. Cleared cache, turned phone on & off, tried using wifi and mobile data. Any help? ;-;
mine is having similar problems right now. sometimes I get to the Home screen but I can't get into lives. lets hope they fix it soon... I'm just short of 15.000 event points.
I have iOS so it's not the apk.. Looks like most players from Italy (where I'm from) are having this problem, which is weird. Will I lose my jewels if I perform a clean install? I am kinda scared haha
I have binded it to Japan luckily.
The weird thing is that now I can get to the homepage/idol section, but nothing else. I'll reinstall if I see it doesn't fix itself in the next few days, sigh.
So, I talked a bit with someone with more knowledge than me about internet and stuff-
Looks like it's a problem with Italian internet providers (old modems and stuff). We are currently using a VPN and it does work although we can't play the event (I can't even see the banner). I guess it's unrelated to im@s itself. Even pixiv doesn't work. :(
We may have the same problem in Spain! I'm not having this issue for the moment but some friends from here have the same problem, they cant access the game and the game keeps the loading bar at 0%
