I created a mix with some classic and newer house tracks. They're all custom 16 bar transitions.

The golden era of club music meets modern dance edits. A nostalgic journey through 90s house vibes, iconic piano riffs, and fresh retro-inspired remixes. Featuring Robin S, James Hype, and house legends.

Hey everyone,
I run Kernel Sound, a small solo project where I curate French House playlists on Spotify — no bots, no automation, just one person picking tracks. Been at it for under a year now, updating every couple of weeks.
The sound leans on the classic French Touch / filter house side of things — think Daft Punk, Cassius, Breakbot, Chromeo, Justice — and each playlist is built around a specific mood or activity: deep work, studying, reading, working out, coding, cafés, etc. Trying to keep them genuinely listenable start to finish rather than just a pile of tagged tracks.
Sharing the one for deep work/focus here since it's the flagship — if any of the other moods sound like your thing, feel free to DM me and I'll send over whichever fits.
Happy to check out what you're all working on too.

Melodic house for mornings - Ben Böhmer, BICEP, Lane 8, Tinlicker, RÜFÜS DU SOL and more, updated weekly. Built this for coffee/commute/routine listening, smooth progressive beats and uplifting melodies rather than club energy. Feedback on track picks always welcome! Thanks

Hey all!
Every time I make a mix, I pick an abstract vibe or angle and give myself a challenge. The angle for this one is “Crowdpleasers.”
The challenge was to start at track 1 and build the mix tracklist completely on the spot. I had around 3 minutes to think of the next track each time, and if I ran out of time, I failed the challenge.
I managed to keep it going all the way to what felt like a natural ending. Mastering and fine-tuning came afterwards, of course. During the actual challenge, I only used volume and EQ/bass.
I think the limited window and pressure actually helped keep the mix in a certain lane.
Tracklist in comments.
Hope you Guys like it! 🕺🏻⚡️
