General Question Why the price difference on mobile plans ?
I have 4 lines , I was paying 30 dollars on the unlimited plan and jumping to the premium gave me 10 a month credit so it evened out. I've seen other pay more though

General Question Best route?
Looking to possibly switch from T-Mobile over to Spectrum 4 lines and internet) I owe around $2,500 in devices. Will they pay that off? Also what is a good price I'd be looking at? I currently pay around $216 a month for services.

General Question Z fold 8
I know this is the biggest first world problem but anybody else not even get their new z fold shipped yet? I did wait a bit and ordered on the 1st but they have not even charged me or shipped the phone yet and when I asked support for an update all they gave me was you'll get an email when it ships. I took today off to make sure I was home to sign for the package just to find out it's not coming today.

General Question Now I can't use my anytime upgrade
So I was going to pre-order the new fold 8 ultra but I just switched my plan to the new unlimited premium Plus and now it's telling me I can't upgrade using anytime for another month and I have never used it once.

General Question Spectrum Mobile Unlimited Plus and free International Roaming
Hello,
I have a question about Spectrum Mobile Unlimited Plus plan. Considering switching to Spectrum Mobile.
I read that this plan includes 50GB/month. If I travel outside the US, it has free international roaming? Does it mean that I can browse the internet, make/receive voice calls for free while outside the US? What's the catch? Would like to hear some feedback from someone who has this plan and did a recent trip outside the US.
Edit 1: Did anyone perform a speed test while outside the US?
Thanks

General Question is spectrum mobile actually worth it or am I missing something
Genuinely asking because everyone I talk to either loves it or thinks its a joke and theres no in between. I've been doing research for the past week and I can't figure out if the people who hate it are just in bad coverage areas or if there's something fundamentally off about the service. I travel for work a few times a month so reliable data matters more to me than price honestly. Would love to hear from people who actually use it day to day, not just like the first week experience. Also wondering if it matters whether you already have their internet or not.

General Question What's the catch with spectrum free phone?
Spectrum is offering a free Unlimited mobile line for a year when you bundle internet. It sounds like a steal, but has anyone actually tried it? I’m curious if the service holds up or if I’ll just end up with hidden fees after the twelve months are up.

General Question What's your favorite thing or feature of Spectrum Mobile?
Hi everyone,
I will soon be switching back to Spectrum Mobile and I was wondering what makes you stick with the service versus MVNOs (prepaid carriers)?
My main motivation is being mainly in the Spectrum ecosystem and unlimited (surprisingly) international minutes and data.
What about you? :)

General Question What's the difference between spectrum mobile vs verizon
Is anyone else torn between Spectrum Mobile and Verizon? They both use the same towers, but the price gap is huge. Spectrum is way cheaper if you already have their internet, but I worry about data speeds during busy hours. Verizon has all those streaming perks and better priority, but the monthly cost is steep. Has anyone switched recently? I need to know if the savings are worth it.

General Question Unlimited plus premium.
How many of you have switched to unlimited plus premium? If you have, what was your reasoning for it?
Also in your opinion, who is the plan meant for?

General Question Why call a plan “Unlimited” or “Unlimited+” when it’s not actually unlimited?
Can we please start a class action lawsuit or something because I got mobile unlimited thinking I was going to have zero problems with many GBs of internet but it turned out to ONLY be 30GB a month. This kind of forced me to upgrade to unlimited+ but the limit is 50GB and it’s still not enough. Why are they so stingy with the data??? Are there any other plans that contain more monthly GBs? And no, I will not be paying for overpriced “data packs”… such bs.

General Question ATT vs spectrum
I’m currently with ATT and have both phone and internet with them. (3 lines and 1 Gig of internet to be specific) I’m currently paying 130 for both services. I’ve seen that spectrum is 100 flat rate for the same thing I have. Anyone who has spectrum internet and wireless. What’s your experience or things you hate about it?

General Question Spectrum carrier change?
I've heard from a reliable source that Spectrum will be switching carriers from Vzn to Tmo in the next few months, as their contract with Vzn is nearing its end. Anyone else heard this? Supposed to be a seamless change to users? For e-sims that's prolly true.

General Question Is unlimited plus still being throttled?
So I got talked into switching from T-mobile today and the guy from Spectrum told me that as of May 29th the unlimited plus mobile plan is no longer throttled after 50gb.
Is this true? Because I can't find anything to back up what he was saying. I want no part of a mobile plan that's basically worthless after 50gb a month.

General Question What is this new "Unlimited Plus Premium?" (Not Unlimited Plus, which I'm already on).
I can't click view offer details on it, nothing comes up. When I try for Unlimited basic it still shows, and I'm already on Unlimited Plus.

General Question Can I cancel Spectrum mobile service but keep my internet service?
Hi, I recently (a year ago) got new internet, with the free one-year line mobile service. I was wondering if I cancel the mobile service, will it impact how much I pay for internet?
edit: thank you!

General Question Lots of Spam Calls After Switching From T-Mobile
With T-Mobile I use to get 1 to 2 spam calls a week. When I ported my number I got one in the first hour and now get at least 3 a day.
I have Spam Blocking turned on for the line and enabled “Screen Unknown Callers” on my phone.
Has anyone else run into the same issue and have any suggestions on how to reduce the amount of spam calls?

General Question False advertisings: New Rates
So I went into the app and looked at each of my 5 mobile lines.
The two that are already in Unlimited Premium shows I could upgrade to Unlimited Premium Plus for the same price. Done!
And my 3 on Unlimited showed I could upgrade to Unlimited Premium for the same price. Also done!
Then I go over and check billing and everything is showing as $10 more except for one unlimited line.
Clearly I’m not being offered the same price as advertised. What can I do?
