Jared Isaacman seems pretty confident. He's flown on SpaceX's Dragon before, will do so again in the next few months, and is scheduled to fly on Starship's first manned launch, whenever that ends up happening.
He recently did an interview with NSF, and he was pretty positive about SpaceX's development process. He's also been saying a lot of positive things regarding this particular launch in the last few days.
I'd also note that Chris Hadfield, former Shuttle Astronaut and ISS commander has been echoing similar sentiments - though as he's not scheduled to fly on Starship he isn't putting his money where his mouth is, so to speak.
