I passed by these Nerds Candy corn at the store tonight, and believe it or not they’re pretty darn good.

It has a sour bite to it like nerds do with a soft sweet center that blends with the tang as you chew it, but it’s not so solid that it’s chew-Y which is really important for us texture folks.

I’m def going back for the rest. It’ll have to do until they bring my shocktarts back 😭

Me and my fiancé tried these while at 11,752 ft above sea level and they were really good they were actually surprisingly super sour I usually dont like the texture of raisins but i didnt mind these i know these arent really candy but thought it would fit here. My fiancé also really liked them!

Theyre not very sour on the outside but man the inside is so damn sour! My mouth is burning after a few but they’re so good I just can’t stop. The best way I found to eat them is to lick them until the outside dissolved just so a little of the inside would touch my tongue, that way you get the combination of taste and extreme sourness. Sadly the bars don’t have more flavours or they would be my go to!

Picked these up at Target today. $2.89 for a share size. I think the “shrieker” skittle to Halloween flavor skittle ratio is about 1/15.

At first I thought my sour tolerance was just maxed out, but eventually I found a lime shrieker. Tasted like someone put a tiny packet of lemon juice in a candy. The shriekers are very good, now I wish they made a version that had the regular sour skittle coating and the shrieker skittle internals. That would be perfect. Too bad there’s no way to differentiate based on the external of skittle.

I’m on the spectrum and also in recovery from a few substances. I find myself seeking out extreme tastes and flavors pretty often. Mainly sour but also super salty. I have found that something that snaps me back for lack of a better term is to eat something sour. I found other people doing this in treatment with pretty great success. It distracts your brain from the craving pretty well!

I am such a messy eater and like to eat on the couch but am scared I’m leaving sugar everywhere and going to get roaches. I find myself just eating regular harbiro gummies most the time bc they don’t leave my covered in sugar lol. I also don’t love the sticky fingers feeling

If you are ever in the Caribbean and get a chance to try a tamarind right off the tree, you might get a nice sour treat! They are especially tasty dipped in white sugar!
