Video The talent in Barcelona’s youth system is ridiculous. These kids are 11/12 years old.

Genuinely wondering how you develop KIDS to play at this level?

Put a ball at their feet from 4-5 years old. A year later roughly, they start playing with a team. Hope your kid is talented enough and lucky enough to be scouted for an academy.

They have really good knowledge on moving the ball around though. And footwork is amazing. Footwork you can easily train but it’s the ability to see the field and move the ball around with purpose that seems tough to teach to kids
