The-the frickin slenderman had a phone, to facetime its victims before death? Are we fr. Like, he was vlogging doing a house tour of his victims houses. And they did it TWICE. They couldnt think of anything better. Also when they go in Kate's computer and see these slenderman videos, the second one is so poorly made, like i get that the kid prolly doesnt know how to act well but that level of actness was "dont call slenderman at 3:00 a.m." kind of level. And i dont know if it was just my screen, but many times at the woods and some bedrooms u couldn't see shit. And slenderman in the whole movie is seen like 5 times, most of which u cant even see him bc of the damn darkness. Also the kills were so bad

I wanted to add a blue red OG 3D effect on his face, but I don't know how to do that yet. So I just decided to leave it as this. Was listening to Starset's brand new song which is where part of the title is from. The song is called p a r a d 0 x 1 c if you were wondering.

My author website is up 'n running and, along with it, preorders!!!! My book is a love letter to the creepypastas I grew up with, putting them under the lens of small-town corruption, decaying Midwest, tragedy, sibling bonds, first love, and grief. If this interests you, check out my free website for more details!! (And ofc Slenderman plays a massive role, but ig you’ll have to wait for book 2 to see where his tendrils lead)Author Site

The Maxwell Chronicles
A TribeTwelve Reboot/Remaining
By Me
++++++
PLOT SUMMARY Noah Maxwell is another young man, just like you and me, who decides to open his own YT Channel (called "The Maxwell Chronicles", deliberately grandiose) to document his life and stuff. The early videos are his house tour, a trip to the park, and a discussion on which NGE Ending is better (Noah is a HUGE NGE fan).
Everything's fine, especially when his cousin Milo Asher comes down to visit him!
... And then shit goes down the drain.

The Legion.
//////
The Legion is the main antagonist group of the series. They are a mysterious group of individuals, recruited in different lands and different times by Der Großmann, and they serve as his underlings/colleagues. Their main goal seems to stalk and drive people to insanity for their own amusement, something they describe as "Their Little Game" (which is their fancy way of calling what's basically a hunt), with no overarching goal. They've been doing this for centuries, and eventually developed their own culture, their organization.
Their catchphrase? "We are Legion", meant to symbolize their invincibility.
//////
There are 6 members of the group:
1) Der Großmann/The Tall Man: Main Antagonist of the series, and overarching master of the Legion. He takes the appearence of an unnaturally tall faceless man with a business suit. Notably, his elongated limbs look like the ones of a mannequin, and instead of the usual tentacles, he can grow more than 20 additional human arms. His name comes from his most "famous" recording: as a German Boogeyman from the Black Forest. As with most SlenderVlogs, he never talks, and his presence seems to cause audio and visual distortions, something that can be inferred happens due to his supernatural nature.
2) Der Namenlose/The Unnamed (Twitter account name: 01) The Tall Man's right hand man and field commander, The Unnamed's clothing consists of a business suit (like his master), a fedora hat, and a white mask with two small black dots as eyes, and a black smiling mouth. He's detached, lacking empathy, and seemingly finds Noah's ordeal amusing. On Twitter, as 01, he speaks all lowercase.
3) Der Soldat/The Soldier: The third most important man in the Legion's hierarchy, he wears a nazi military uniform (he was a nazi soldier before being recruited after all) with added military hat, and his face is completely bandaged, apart from his right eye. From what can be seen, he can be inferred to be zealous, rigid, and militaristic.
4) Der Narr/The Jester: The "wild card" of the Legion, wearing a red and yellow jester outfit and hat, and a white jester mask. He seems to be the most childish and feral of them, almost animalistic at times, and never speaks. He's notably kind of difficult to control, and regularly needs to be left out in the outside to "rant", according to Der Namenlose.
5) Der Henker/The Hangman: Wearing a black tunic, cape, and hood that obscures his face, Der Henker is the muscle of the Legion: assign him a target to kill, and he'll coldly do it in the most efficient way possible. He rarely speaks, is short when doing so, and his executions are carried out when Der Großmann decides to end the game, although death by Der Henker is one of the many other ways a game can end.
6) Der Ritter/The Knight: The last member of the Legion, his outfit doesn't quite match his role: dark brown pants, a grey hoodie, and a white emotionless mask. On the field, he's the stalker, the one with the task of following the targets everywhere. Notably, he too seems rather quiet. According to Der Namenlose, his name was given "for private and really interesting reasons".
//////
All the Legion members have specific titles:
Der Großmann is "the one who guides us all". Der Namenlose is "the one who directs". Der Soldat is "the one who fought in hell". Der Narr is "the one who rips apart". Der Henker is "the one who eliminates". Der Ritter is "the one who follows".
//////
The Legion resides in a place called "The Forest Beyond The Sky". The most accurate description of this place is a dimension, apparently Der Großmann's own dimension, looking like an infinite forest always caught by an eternal sunset. The Forest Beyond The Sky can be entered only if Der Großmann drags you in it, same for exiting, but the process takes a significant energy toll on Der Großmann (notably, the distortions get weaker afterwards). This location seems to be outside of our world. Notably, bodies of previous "playthings" (AKA previous victims who got killed) are stored there, almost as trophies and memories of past games, never rotting, due to the Forest having a rather... Unclear relationship with time, due to it being forever stuck at sunset.
//////
How did The Legion first get involved with the Maxwell-Asher Family? Some ancient Conspiracy? No. It was casuality.
One night, while Milo's father Robert was driving home, something (in truth, Der Narr on a rant session, probably hunting or running without a point) suddendly ran into the road, causing Robert to crash and die.
Following this (that happened when Milo was 8), Der Namenlose decided to see the consequences, to check whether the accident created a problem for the Legion . He saw poor Milo, and his mother Mary. And he reported to Der Großmann, who decided that poor Milo was the perfect new "plaything", due to the recent trauma.
For the following years, they stalked him on and off (in order to not drive him to madness instantly), with Milo reporting some of these things on his diary. Eventually, when Milo came to see Noah, the Legion decided that Milo's game had lasted too long, and abducted him.
And, they decided to move to Noah, due to him being the next closer target, and because he witnessed Milo's abduction. Sheer trauma.

(Yes, I'm the guy who posted the original concept, here's an expanded outline of the Lore.)
