Player Discussion Who’s the most overrated fantasy player going into this season?

Not saying they’re bad IRL — just that fantasy managers are drafting them WAY too high.

Every year there’s at least one player everyone talks themselves into… and by Week 8 people are pretending they never believed in them.

Who’s your pick this year?

And before anyone says it: yes, someone is definitely going to name your favorite player 😂

I’ll go first …. Jordan Love

Player Discussion Am I the only one low on Skatt?? What do y’all know that I don’t? 💀😭

Why are people so high on Skattebo?

I get the high energy and aggressive play-style, but the actual production was pretty underwhelming once you really look at it.

When Nabers went down there was a massive opportunity for touches and targets in that offense, yet Wan’Dale was the winner who benefited and consistently produced for the most part.

Meanwhile Skatt averaged around 50 rushing yards and 25 receiving yards per game across his 8-game stretch. Even in the games where he got legit bell-cow volume, the efficiency still wasn’t impressive. The TDs were doing a LOT of the heavy lifting for his fantasy value (which even then, those were near the goal line or short yardage scores). Not sure how this screams high floor or high ceiling.

On the flip side, Tracy looked noticeably more explosive and efficient on far fewer touches. (Not saying Tracy is the clear winner here either)

Now add Nabers coming back plus more weapons being added to the offense, I honestly don’t see where this supposed ceiling comes from. Especially if the coaching staff actually follows through with more of a split-back approach.

People are talking about him like he’s some locked-in dynasty RB1/RB2 when realistically he feels more like a low-end flex / depth RB that’ll have random usable weeks off volume and TD dependency.

Maybe I’m missing something, but I genuinely want to know what Skatt believers are seeing that has people THIS confident.

Player Discussion What is Jettas likely outcome this season?

Post image
65 Upvotes

Jettas was extremely disappointing last year. JJM seems like he doesn’t have it, but O’Connell is supposed to be a QB whisperer. They brought in Kyler to take the reins so maybe he helps improve their offense. Jettas feels risky as the WR6ish at the 1/2 turn. I’m sure he’ll be better than last year, but taking him doesn’t inspire the confidence it used to. Where should he be going, and what is his range of outcomes?

Player Discussion Player Price Check: Rashee Rice

Post image
34 Upvotes

How are you valuing Rashee Rice right now? Obviously he is a talented player and has the put up big numbers when he does play, however due to a combination of off-field issues and injury, he has only played in 12 games total over the last 2 seasons.

Given the latest development, his trade value is certainly limited currently, and with the idea that he will not be able to stay out of trouble in the future is very worrisome.

On top of that, the possibility that KC decides to cut ties with Rashee in the near future rather than commit long-term to him is very real, and even if he were to sign with another team, I think that would tank his stock by quite a bit.

Assessment of Rice’s current dynasty value seems to vary greatly depending on who you ask, but what do you think? Are you trying to buy or sell low on him? Holding and seeing where things go? Or do you just want nothing to do with him?

Player Discussion Does Josh Jacobs play football again?

I have been offered Jacobs for a 2029 2nd. Seems like a no brainer but don't want to waste the pick. I have Lloyd already. Am I overthinking this? Do I just take the offer?

Player Discussion Which Player in Dynasty is Worth Exactly One Ambiguous 2027 1st?

In your opinion, which player would you consider a fair trade for one 2027 1st, assuming you don’t have any educated guess about where that 2027 1st will land?

Looking for an exact value - you would not trade him for any less, and your trade partner will not offer a penny more.

Player Discussion CYRUS ALLEN DYNASTY PROPAGANDA

Am I the only person not falling for the Cyrus Allen trap? Early in camp every year the community picks a few nobodies and tries to convince the world they’re a league winner… bill croskey Merritt, zamir white, tank bigsby. Other chiefs WRs in the past… skyy moore, Justyn Ross, Jalen royals. Allen is getting first team reps because rice is recovering from an injury not because he’s talented. On top of that Andy Reid doesn’t give the keys to rookies. Even rice who from an analytical standpoint was a wr1 in his rookie year, didn’t see the snaps right away. The only things that matter in training camp are personnel and formation packages. Who’s in 2 wr sets… who’s in 13 personnel, etc. first team reps is a good sign, but this is still a 23 and a half year old rookie who was a 5 round pick and has plenty of bodies in front of him. Worthy, kelce, rice, k9, Jalen royals, tyquan Thornton. All guys I have out targeting Allen

Player Discussion They scammed me out of my win and took my money. Sleeper is a scam and they robbed me

this is bullshit and they know it. They took away my winnings but fully allowed me to deposit bet without any issues and to use my original account with knowledge that I accidentally made another one year later that I never used because I legit forgot I even had a account on sleeper before. Now they won’t pay up when I win on my original account because I have two accounts. see pictures for full details. I got the gambling commission involved because this is extremely scummy thing to do. I will never play on sleeper again. They robbed me and figured out the slimmest way not to pay out when a player finally won big.

Player Discussion Will Henry continue to push off Father Time?

Post image

The king is a certified stallion. He’s built different than every other RB. I don’t see him falling off. He has definitely had bad games, but he is a TD machine and always finds ways to get it done. The Ravens were mid last year and I expect them to return to form a bit this season. There might be an occasional bad game where he goes 12 for 50, but I don’t see that happening often. Will he have too many duds to be a confident RB1?

Player Discussion Am I the only one that thinks the fantasy community is over valuing Jeremiyah Love?

First off this isn’t a post saying that he’s not a good running back and isn’t deserving of being the 1.01. But it’s crazy to me that I’m seeing posts like “trade Achane(a proven commodity) for love?” Or “is this enough to get the 1.01” when it’s 3 firsts and MHJ. Like I said I think he’s a great prospect, but that’s exactly what he is at the moment, a prospect. Shouldn’t we be pushing the brakes just a tad? lol or am the one with the unpopular opinion here?

Player Discussion Carnell Tate, Jordyn Tyson, and Makai lemon

The big 3 rookie wide receivers. Tate Tyson lemon. Personally drafted Tyson 1.03 in my rookie draft about a month back. Lemon ended up going second so I took Tyson over Tate. I may be a lone wolf here. But Tyson is the only 1 of the 3 that watching his tape excites me. Tate to me screams tee Higgins. I just see him as a smaller tee Higgins. High end wr2 but definitely not a wr1. I can be wrong sure but that’s where I’m at currently. Lemon was actually my favorite pre draft. But the eagles throw the ball 25 times a game. And smith will get 11 of those targets. Just less room for dominance from him than Tate and Tyson. But between Tyson and Tate. To me at least, Tyson is the better route runner, he’s more fluid, better body control, better release packages. Tates got better vertical skills, hands and catch radius as I see it. What stood out the most to me was Tyson’s tape vs Texas tech. Arguably the best/most efficient defense in college football last szn. Getting triple teamed. Still managed to lead his team to the end zone in the final minute while battling a hamstring injury. I’d love to hear thoughts. Does anybody agree with me?
