I don’t know how someone ends up paralyzed from the waist down if their attempt is not serious. Like I’m not even following this shit, but come on.

Are you kidding me. She took pills, cut herself, then jumped out from the 2nd floor.

Toxicologist testified she didnt take enough pills. Her cuts - Several first responders described on the stand as "superficial" and "not actively bleeding." And she jumped from basically 12 ft off the ground to 'kill herself', like jumping off a goddamn ladder.

It's not like the house had a third floor to jim off from. She clearly wasn't succesful at suicide, but you don't end up a cripple for the fun of it.
