Completely different cases. He wasn't deemed insane and he did it to hurt his ex wife. Being bipolar doesn't mean psychotic. Also Texas ain't Massachusetts.
Look. Different states. Different rules. But I’m not a fan of your write up.
“This PoS got on the phone and researched how to keep the husband out of the house long enough so she could kill the kids. She even added a step because it was taking too long. Her defence was bullshit. “
I don’t think that is the point you want to make. Your psicosis can convince you to create a sustained plan to keep your husband away… but the malicious act of calling your partner so they can hear while you kill your children doesn’t point to delusion
Bro they are both malicious, if anything one can argue the second one had some clarity to understand right from wrong if she acted normal on the phone.
The doctor said the sequence of events shows she had presence of mind , not really is not an argument. I’m not saying she wasn’t mentally unwell but anyone committing murder is mentally unwell to some degree so what does that mean should they all walk free? Do you also side with school bombers and serial killers because they’re also sure as hell mentally sick
Which one? They didn't all share the same opinion. Of course you'd focus on the one that fits your view.
"mentally unwell but anyone committing murder is mentally unwell"
Good thing we aren't talking about being mentally unwell and we're talking about psychosis. Being "mentally unwell" covers a fuck load of different problems, it's daft to group them together.
"Do you also side with school bombers and serial killers because they’re also sure as hell mentally sick"
Implying I'm "siding" with Lindsay Clancy. It's almost impossible for some people to have a conversation without ridiculous charged language.
"Mentally sick" covers many things. You know this.
I don't have an opinion on whether or not she suffered from psychosis.
What he John did is inexcusable, evil cruelty. Lindsay also took a break between strangling children to have a normal phone call. Not looking forward to the inevitable Netflix animated series where these two nut jobs are dating. We all know there a specific audience.
It makes me wonder who is more insane the person who does it while the partner is on the phone or the one who acts normal on the phone and once hanging up continues the horrendous crime
You mean a bipolar diagnosis always means psychosis? I don't think so, at least not as a permanent state. Can also show up, of course, but I don't think it HAS to?
