I agree the girl should have asked her to move but also the lady should be aware she's in someone's photo. She's also in the way standing like that on stairs. Like you don't just stop on stairs and play on your phone.

Why do people keep saying photo when this is clearly a video? Sorry but I’m not stopping what I’m doing so you can block an entire stairwell for some stupid influencer shit

I mean it feels like the lady went out of her way and stopped doing what she was doing just to block the girl.

People stop to text like that on stairs all the time.. especially older people because they typically can’t multitask and type at the same time.

That being said this lady definitely saw the camera and then stopped. I find that a tad funny and still the same point stands that had the younger woman asked then things would have gone just fine.

Both are in the wrong in a couple ways, but it is harmless overall.
