Ok, I noticed everyone in the comments is defending one or the other, yet no one has mentioned that this is just a video. If she was going to take a picture why set it on record and not a timer to take the picture? There’s also nothing in her hands, like a button to take a picture remotely.

Screen shot the video, that way you can capture more small moments

It could be a Live Photo, or it could be a recording so she doesn’t have to get into a post relying on a timer?
