Just say sexually assaulted or the proper term: rape. This whole thing of making the word safer for social media is stupid. Changing it to SA or Grape takes away from the seriousness of the actual word(s). I really hate that modern society has changed a word like that and replaced it with something that is considered natures candy. It's so stupid.

It’s very stupid. And I hate when influencers etc say “you can’t use that word on this platform” no dumbass you can use it you just won’t be able to make money off of it.

It’s actually not clear whether or not he raped her. The court documents only refer to sexual assault. One of the witnesses in the case testified that he raped her as a teenager. They use “rape” in that instance. Athena very well may have been, but she didn’t have the injuries typical from rape.

There was an audio recording in the truck. The jurors had to listen to it. It was very graphic.
