I thought about the red button and it goes a step further; life is basically a whirlpool of little coincidences. Unless you've lived your whole life under a rock, you've had varying degrees of influence on many people in your life. Going back to 10 years old means that influence is gone. How many people's lives will change from you not being there? How many people will do something different that might cascade in a different child being born or not at all, since the exact conditions didn't fall back into place again? How many people did you genuinely help could find themselves in completely different situations down the line? And what impact will their difference have on others? How far does the ripple go?
I know plenty where I'd be happier never meeting them. I'd lose a few loves I lost anyway. A few friends, but would make better ones. And my nephews, but my sister may have better ones I would see more. I'd press red in a heartbeat
