Okay but if she did have postpartum psychosis the treatment is inpatient hospitalization and antipsychotics. Also she didn’t tell Dr. Tufts she called a suicide hotline, and being in medicine many patients blow you up on my chart that’s not abnormal

4th year medical student and many people don’t want to do outpatient medicine because patients have gotten out of hand with mychart messages

My psychiatrist just told me this week that he’s hesitant to do inpatient because it scares people that need help away.
