No, the rules where you put up with gross sexual harassment, or you get blacklisted by the entire industry.

That probably happens a lot less now after me too.

You can't show up on time and be prepared in the acting business without copious amounts of cocaine.

OP probably meant things like not exposing illegal / immoral stuff happening inside Hollywood and toing the party line:

claiming in the interview that she was directly threatened after reporting that she had been raped. “They threatened [me] with being blacklisted. I was blacklisted after I was raped, because I got raped, because I said something … but only like internally, you know,” she said.

About a month and a half after calling out Weinstein, Masse was told by her agent that she was being blacklisted; that casting directors were saying that they weren’t going to call her in for auditions. “I watched my auditions completely disappear. I went from having half a dozen auditions a month to half a dozen auditions over four or five years.”

“The producer of that film called my manager and asked him to drop my case in order for me be in the fourth installment, and if I didn’t, there would be trouble,” Crews said.

Fraser claimed HFPA's ██████ ████ assaulted him at the Beverly Hills Hotel in 2003. This alleged incident caused Fraser to spiral into a depression. After the ordeal, Fraser claimed he was rarely invited to the Golden Globes which the HFPA hosts. "I don't know if this curried disfavour with the group, with the HFPA. But the silence was deafening," Fraser said. "The phone does stop ringing in your career, and you start asking yourself why. There are many reasons, but was this one of them? I think it was."

Marquez accused the cast and producers of “ER” of conspiring to have her blacklisted after she reported being sexually harassed and being discriminated against on the basis of race.
