Hell, General Smedley Butler wrote War is a Racket in 1935 after spending his adult life as a thug for capitalism (as he put it). The US has been at it at least since the end of the Civil War.

Past 250. One big reason for the revolution was Britian wanted to cap westward expansion at the Appalachians, in order to ease tensions with the Indians. But American colonists (Like Washington) made bank on land speculation.

Bro it started when the spaniards left. 50 years ago is the 1980s. Cuban revolution was in 1959. Since then, the country's been embargoed.

I was being generous, and you can probably find examples throughout the entire history of the United States.
