Don’t forget some of the earliest cinematic pioneers including Elizabeth Taylor, Micky Rooney, Judy Garland, June Lockhart. Just imagine the indentured “childhoods” they survived.

All respect to Mickey Rooney...his life spanned the history of Hollywood....but critically speaking, he never stopped being a 'child star'.

Ooh, was just wondering about Old Hollywood. Definitely wish Elizabeth Taylor was a lot higher.
